The immigration process will be outlined as it works in the EB1-A program, and you will learn all the steps from the first lesson to the moment you cross the border. You will get an overview of what to expect on the other side of the border, and the main pros and cons of living and working in the United States. Your homework will include reviewing a number of official immigration documents and comparing immigration alternatives.
  • BLOCK 2: THE IMMIGRATION PLAN AND THE PETITION STRATEGY
In the second module, we will look at strategic issues in working with the Immigration Service. You will be told about the impact of specialization on the immigration officers' positive decision on your case. The evidence criteria that will be included in your petition will be discussed. Based on the completed task of the first module, you will be asked to formulate a strategic vision of the immigration process and create a personalized immigration schedule.
  • BLOCK 3: SELECTING EVIDENCE OF MEETING THE CRITERIA YOU HAVE CHOSEN
